Things to Consider After Hair Transplant

You should rest on the day of surgery.
Drink at least 2 liters of water per day for the first week and avoid excessive salt use for rapid recovery.
If you smoke, cut down on smoking after surgery.
Take the post operative medicines for 5 days.
3rd Day after the surgery begin post-oparative hair wash your head as described for 10 days.

After hair transplantation, attention should be paid to the transplanted area.
Do not keep your head tilted forward for a long time while eating and drinking.
You must remove your head when getting in and out of the car. Since your head is not completely aligned, you may not be able to perceive the distance exactly and you cannot rub your head on the roof of the vehicle.
You should pay attention to your transplanted hair area, especially in the first 15 days.
You should be careful not to hit, rub or scratch the hair transplant area.
Do not be in dusty/dirty environments for the first 15 days.

You should lie on your back until your 10th wash.
To protect the transplanted area, you should definitely avoid sleeping on your side and face.
You should sleep using the included neck pillow so you don’t roll over while you sleep and your neck is supported.
If you have a headboard, you should sleep at least 30 cm away from this part. In this way, the possibility of rubbing the transplanted area by pushing yourself up during sleep is reduced.

Heavy sports activities should be avoided in the first month after the operation, heavy things should not be lifted.
The first 15 days after the operation should not be exposed to sweat, moisture and steam.
You should avoid sexual intercourse for the first 5 days after the operation.
You should avoid sunbathing and being exposed to direct sunlight for 2 months after the operation. If you need to be in direct sunlight, you should wear the provided hat.
Do not swim, do not go to the Turkish bath and sauna for the first month after the operation.

Do not use a shaver in the area where the planting is done for the first 12 months. When you go to the barber, you should strongly state that they can cut these areas (planted area) with scissors.
We recommend that you wait 1 year after the operation to dye your hair. If you are going to use organic paint, you can paint after 6 months.
We do not recommend using products such as gel and hair spray for the first 6 months. You should also stay away from products that make your hair look full.
After two weeks, you can wear a hat outside, provided that the inside is not tight.
