Day 1
Upon your arrival at Istanbul Airport, you will be welcomed at the meeting point and VIP transfer will take you to your luxurious 5-star hotel situated in the City Center, a mere 5-minute drive from the esteemed BE Hair Transplant Center.
BE Hair Transplant package includes a luxury stay with breakfast at a 5-star hotel.
When you arrive at the hotel, head to the front desk to check in for your assigned room.
You can then pay the accommodation fee, which is part of the hair transplant package, directly at the hotel. After settling into your room, you can rest and relax until it is time for your clinic appointment.
We’ll pick you up from the hotel and take you to BE Hair Transplant Center for a consultation with the doctor. The doctor will check your scalp, plan the operation, and discuss the design of your hairline with you. You can ask any questions you have. After being informed about the process, you’ll give your consent. Paperwork, payment, and registration will be completed, and a blood test will also be conducted during this visit.
Following your doctor consultation and registration, we will take you back to your hotel. Feel free to unwind at the hotel spa, discover the city, or simply relax during your leisure time. Day 2
Your special vehicle will be ready for you in front of the hotel at the designated morning time on the second day. To prepare for the procedure, ensure that you wear a button shirt and have an empty stomach for at least 8 hours due to sedation. The clinic is just a 5-minute drive from the hotel, and upon your arrival, we will greet you and escort you to the procedure area.
Upon your arrival at the BE Hair Transplant Center, you will enter a spacious medical facility spanning 2000 m². This specialized space is designed for hair transplant procedures, prioritizing safety, relaxation, and comfort. Once in your designated room, the procedure involves putting on a patient gown, shaving, receiving sedation, applying stem cells, and performing graft extraction and implantation. Skilled hair transplant specialists, under the guidance of Dermatologist, will execute the 6 to 10-hour process, which includes a lunch break. Furthermore, a language-fluent patient care assistant will be available to assist you throughout the entire journey.
The hair transplant operation ends with the donor area being wrapped in a bandage. The hair laser treatment will be applied to help with your tissue healing. You will receive your post-operative bag, including your post-operative medicines, neck pillow, informative documentation, and post operative hair wash products -shampoo and moustrising foam. We will explain to you how to use the after-operation medications for the following days and will advise you on how to avoid touching or disrupting the transplanted hair, as well as on sleeping positions.
After finishing the hair transplant and following the care guidelines, we take you to your VIP transport to go back to the hotel. We remind you to be careful to prevent hitting your head, especially when getting into the vehicle:) When you get to the hotel, we suggest you take some time to unwind and relax for the rest of the day. Day 3
The day after the surgery, enjoy a lovely breakfast at your hotel and remember to take your medications as directed. Next, you’ll head to the clinic for your follow-up appointment. A VIP vehicle will come to your hotel to take you to our center. Once you arrive, we’ll greet you and proceed with your control visit.
After the surgery, on the following day, we will examine the surgical site, take off the bandage from your donor area, and cleanse the area. Subsequently, we will place a hairband on your forehead to prevent swelling from affecting your face.
Your appointment will involve laser hair treatment to aid in tissue healing. Additionally, we will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to support the best healing and recovery. Following these guidelines closely is essential to prevent any complications and improve the procedure’s results.
Once the clinic procedures are done in about an hour, you’ll be taken back to the hotel. You can then spend the day exploring the city and checking out the tourist spots without getting too tired or walking in the sun.
Day 4
On your final day in Istanbul, kickstart your morning with a delightful breakfast at the hotel and remember to take your prescribed medications. We will arrange your check-up based on your flight schedule. Ensure your luggage is ready, as you can bring it along to the clinic for a smooth transition to the airport from there. Afterwards, a VIP vehicle will transport you from your hotel to the clinic for your first hair wash and follow-up appointment. Upon reaching the clinic, you will receive a warm welcome and your follow-up session will begin.
Hair washing procedure after operation is a critical component of the recovery process. Two days after the operation, we will gently wash your hair for the initial time and provide a demonstration of the procedure. Subsequently, for the following ten days, you will be responsible for washing your hair using the products we will provide, following the accompanying instructions diligently.
After washing your hair, the physician will examine your skin, and we will discuss the treatment plan required following hair transplantation. Hair support treatment is essential for promoting healthy hair growth and fortifying your existing hair to prevent it from shedding. Hair care support products are available for purchase at the clinic, and a personalized plan can be created for you.
The Istanbul part of your transformative journey has concluded. Following your last clinic visit, your VIP transfer will escort you to the Airport for your departure.
